Whether you’re pregnant, post-natal, menopausal or anywhere in between, improved fitness offers improved energy levels, improved posture and improved quality of life.
Sessions take place at my studio gym – the perfect place for a workout, whatever the weather!
Perhaps you need a little help with motivation by having a regular appointment for fitness in the diary. My clients travel from Moreton-in-Marsh, Blockley, Chipping Norton, Kingham and Churchill to exercise with FitActive. Sessions operate between the hours of 8.30am and 3.00pm.
So as we all know, the aging process results in a reduction of the female hormone, oestrogen. This causes a decline in muscle mass and bone density and as oestrogen is also protective for the heart and brain, these need looking after too. If the thought of taking exercise whilst feeling dog-tired, grumpy and concerned about your pelvic floor fills you with gloom, take heart. The right kind of exercise will help to renew your energy levels and counter the effects of the menopause on muscles, bones, heart and brain. Better still, you’ll feel a lot happier about life too.
Deal with fatigue, reduce your risk of pregnancy diabetes, and help your body’s alignment to adapt to the additional weight of your growing baby. Working 1:1, you can enjoy peace of mind in the knowledge that you are exercising in a way that is effective and appropriate throughout your pregnancy.
Caring for a young baby is very demanding and it can be a struggle to find time to take the exercise you need to to get back to your pre-pregancy weight. You may have concerns about your pelvic floor function, or you may just want to have some time to do something just for yourself. Personal training sessions will really help you on your way to your goals.
Feel fit, stay active.
Movement in the way nature intended to tone your muscles to be fit for purpose – purpose being all the things you want to do in life. It could be increasing your energy levels or taking preventative action against the aging process.
