Perhaps you need a little help with motivation by having a regular appointment for fitness in the diary. My clients travel from Moreton-in-Marsh, Blockley, Chipping Norton, Kingham and Churchill to exercise with FitActive. Sessions operate between the hours of 8.30am and 3.00pm.

Caring for a young baby is very demanding and it can be a struggle to find time to take the exercise you need to to get back to your pre-pregancy weight. You may have concerns about your pelvic floor function, or you may just want to have some time to do something just for yourself. Personal training sessions will really help you on your way to your goals.
Bone density (or lack of it) is a key concern for women. The solution to this is plenty of weight-bearing exercise. To an extent, this can be achieved with good, old-fashioned walking, and plenty of it. Tailored exercise using weights is even more effective – and it’s definitely a case of prevention being better than a cure.
