Wellness Day – Friday 9 September 2022
On Friday 9 September, the stunning Berrybank Park Amphitheatre in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds will be the venue for “Is it Just Me?” a day-long event featuring speakers and practitioners who between them encompass a breadth of expert knowledge, covering the many issues that surround peri-menopause and menopause.
The event is about equipping women with the information they need to manage their symptoms, regain control over their lives and move forward with a fresh love for life. With an emphasis on sharing knowledge, you will leave feeling better educated about your own body and able to plan your choices for navigating this pivotal life-phase.
